Each of our groomers is Fear Free certified. What that means is that our groomers use Fear Free concepts to ensure the grooming experience is as enjoyable as possible for every pet, every time. Whether it’s your pet’s first groom, or they have had a history of negative experiences, our trained staff will help work with them to overcome those fears. Our team is experienced in working with all types of pets and is trained to recognize even the most subtle signs of stress – and can help the pet feel more at ease.

Our team is very passionate about grooming and has a lot of experience with various behaviors of pets, and a lot of patience. We pride ourselves on building strong bonds with our clients and their pets. We believe that proper communication is important, along with education on how to take care of your pet’s grooming needs in between appointments.
